Subscription Service

Vivid may offer automatically renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. Benefits, pricing, trial eligibility, and regional availability are shown on the App Store purchase screen available to you.

Apple App Store Payment

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription renews automatically.

Managing or Cancelling

After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period ends. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless applicable law or Apple policy provides otherwise.

Changes to Price or Benefits

We may adjust subscription prices or benefits where permitted by law and Apple policy. Changes affecting renewals are presented or notified through the App Store process.
